It is kindly requested that clients only book one appointment per week to allow students an opportunity to provide treatments to as many different clients as possible (a requirement of their education). Consider adding yourself to the waitlist so when there are openings or cancellations you may be notified.

Student Practicum Centre
Each 60 minute appointment includes (approx):
- 15 minute interview/assessment
- 45 minute massage treatment
- instructor observation
Massage treatments are $30. Present your MRU OneCard for a special MRU Advantage rate of $20. Exact change or cheque only.
Practicum I
Students have completed their first semester and are performing one-hour relaxation massages.
Practicum II
Students are in their third semester, and are providing therapeutic massages including assessment and provision of homecare exercises.
Practicum III
Students have completed their first year of massage training, and are providing therapeutic massages including assessment and provision of homecare exercises. Students are expanding upon their ability to treat common conditions and pathologies.
Practicum IV
Students are in the second semester of their second year of massage training, and are providing therapeutic massages including assessment and provision of homecare exercises. Students are expanding upon their ability to treat a variety of conditions and pathologies.
